I was actually able to select my home network to enter password

 

Immediately blocked from entering password in order to connect

 

It occurred to me that I did not mention this cellphone relies on WiFi only for access to the internet; no data plan. Then, it occurred to me that other passwords to other networks had also been saved on the phone. So, I went to another location away from home and connected to another WiFi network. This allowed me access to Settings on the phone based on the change I had made in my account for KSK Applications. Once I returned home, I was allowed to enter the WiFi password.

KSK Applications changed Settings from Forbidden to Allowed by parent

Of course, the Android phone with KSK is not connected to the internet, so it cannot find out that KSK Applications configured with Settings set to Allowed. Remain blocked from connecting to WiFi network.

 

How do I get out of this conundrum?
