  1. No, I haven't tried yet. I asked first here because I didn't have any connection problem during the few days I deactivated the antivirus, so I thought the antivirus could be the cause. But I may be a coincidence. I will try Microsoft Community. Yes, I tried to reset the router. It also worked for a few days. None of the solutions I tried so far last long. Thanks for your help.
  2. Sorry for taking so long. After I reactivated the antivirus, I haven't had the problem for a few days but yesterday night I had it again (unable to connect to the wifi, or "Connected, no internet", or even theoretically connected but no getting any connection to any website, while other devices in the same room are getting connection from the same wifi). I ran the first of the commandos above, ipconfig /all, this is what I got: This morning I have connection again so I have run the commando again and all the results look exactly the same. I tried the two solutions you suggested. The first one seemed to work... for a short while. I tried the second one and this is what I got: The third line seems to be a clue of what is causing the problem, but I don't really understand it...
  3. Thanks. I will reactivate my antivirus and will do what you told me next time I lost the connection
  4. Operative System: Windows 10. Version 21H2 (OS build 19044.2251) Name and version number of the Kaspersky application: Kaspersky Internet Security. Version 21.3.10.391 (j) For a time I have been having problems connecting to my WiFI from my personal laptop. It loses the connection and just doesn't connect to WiFI, or, if it does, it says "Connected, No Internet". If I move it closer to the router, it usually gets the connection. I only have this problem with my personal laptop, not with my work one or my phone. This is what makes me think it's a problem in the computer and not the router. Sometimes don't even show any network, that is, neither my WiFi nor other one. When I run the troubleshooter, it says "Default gatewat not available". I have looked for possible solutions and none of them has worked... until I reached the one saying to turn off my antivirus. It has worked, since then (last Sunday 4th December) I haven't had any problem with the connection (except for a very brief moment, less than one minute), the connection has been stable and smooth since then. So it seems that my Kaspersky antivirus is the cause. I don't like to have my antivirus off. What specific option should I deactivate to fix this problem? As there are too many options in Settings to try one by one until I find the right one.
  5. Thank you both. I have check all the confirmation emails out but there are not any passwords in any of them. Eventually I have contacted support as the first post says. Waiting for their reply.
  6. Hi, Few weeks ago I renew my debit card, so I have gone to change the payment data in order to renew my license. I log in My Kaspersky with no problem. In All my licenses I click in Manage suscription, which redirects me to “shop.kaspersky.es/enduser-portal/login” (My Kaspersky is in Spanish). However, when I try to login I get an error message, telling me to check my email and password. Both are right (I have even changed my password just in case I was using the wrong one, although I didn’t have problems login in My Kaspersky). I have tried the Forgotten password option and changed my password again through there but nothing, still the same error message when I try to log in! What’s the problem? How can I access my suscription in order to change my payment info?
