For a time I have been having problems connecting to my WiFI from my personal laptop. It loses the connection and just doesn't connect to WiFI, or, if it does, it says "Connected, No Internet". If I move it closer to the router, it usually gets the connection. I only have this problem with my personal laptop, not with my work one or my phone. This is what makes me think it's a problem in the computer and not the router. Sometimes don't even show any network, that is, neither my WiFi nor other one.
When I run the troubleshooter, it says "Default gatewat not available". I have looked for possible solutions and none of them has worked... until I reached the one saying to turn off my antivirus. It has worked, since then (last Sunday 4th December) I haven't had any problem with the connection (except for a very brief moment, less than one minute), the connection has been stable and smooth since then.
So it seems that my Kaspersky antivirus is the cause. I don't like to have my antivirus off. What specific option should I deactivate to fix this problem? As there are too many options in Settings to try one by one until I find the right one.
