Ensure that the devices are connected to the internet, as this is necessary for real-time monitoring and reporting. Make sure that both your Kaspersky application and the devices' operating systems are up to date, as updates often fix bugs and improve functionality. Verify that all settings for internet access monitoring and email reports are correctly configured in your Kaspersky account. If these steps do not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Kaspersky Safe Kids app on both children's devices to refresh the connection.
