hello community,

i have the following problem in my environment citrix in connection with windows server 2016 kaspersky does not close when i close the session.

We have published applications as an example word, if I close the word the kaspersky stays open and blocks my session. does anyone have an idea how kaspersky ended up with when closing the word?
