Hey guys,
Recently in our environment we have come across constant complaints from customers about having several Kaspersky icons in the Windows system tray. This is happening to us too, and what's worse, each icon is a process in Windows, there are cases where the machine ends up crashing due to dozens of these "K" appearing.
I am attaching some images of the errors.
We have Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud PRO in our environment. In all versions we have this problem occurring.
Has anyone come across this problem? Do you know how to resolve this?
