Dear Berny, I tried reaching out to them.but whenever I am selecting windows option I am not getting any kind of drop down to select application. Hence not able to proceed further.

Dear All, My system is effected by the some trojan which is win32 agent gen. Attached is the screenshot. I have scanned and run many times but no resolution, please help asap
