Error installing Network Agent 10.5

When trying to install Network Agent 10.5.1781 on Windows Server 2019 I get the following error when it reaches the “Registering” stage (almost the end). “Error while installing: System error 0x1F (A device attached to the system is not functioning.).” I successfully installed it on another Server 2019 in our environment that is very similar. Thanks for any help! Jason
