Changing network scanning options did not help

I have a trust certificate from IdenTrust. I am trying to verify the authenticity of their provided certificate via https://www.identrust.com/verify but it says it doesnt work. I need this certificate to work, otherwise i hav eto find other AV software.

Hello I have a USB private key certificate, x.509 PKI, and my Kaspersky doesnt seem to like it. Is there a way make the 2 technologies compatible? If not i will have to uninstall Kaspersky and go with another AV service.
