thank you but how do I remove the popup without disinfecting the pc?

How do I get rid of the popup, the only option is to disinfect and restart the computer etc but if I do that it deletes my radarr setup. Everytime Radarr updates Kaspersky throws a fit and I spend ages marking things as trusted and reinstalling radarr a million times
