Thank you all for trying to help, but my problem occurs with the Intel Graphics HD 4000 driver and not the NVIDIA driver. Thus it was not possible to perform the procedures presented. The best solution I found at the moment was to uninstall version 2020 and back to 19.

I have an Intel HD Graphics 4000 video card and an NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M. After installing KIS, the following error started to appear and I cannot open antivirus. If I disable the Intel HD Graphics driver, the message disappears and the antivirus opens normally. Any solution?
