Hello Flood.
I added exceptions but still doesn’t work.
As you can see, I added exceptions by IP and by hostname. I also exclude the whole network path to the folder of the apps on the server. I excluded separately shortcut….
Once I disable AV everything works perfectly.
Thank you!

Hi Flood,
thank you for the quick answer.
- There are different OSs- win 7 and win 10, build 1909. Same problem on both OS.
- Kaspersky anti-Virus 20.0.14.1085
- YES. We have a couple of licenses.
- NO
- It is a custom application. We have an application server, SQL database. We just copy shortcuts from app server to the client computer.
- Please see attached picture
- We bought licenses from the official dealer, but it seems that licenses are home edition.
Best regards!

After I installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus some applications stopped working.
We have the application server and clients. When I run application from client-side there is an error message: Cannot create file "\\servername\something\something.ini
When I disable Kaspersky, everything works normally.
What should I do?
Thank you and best regards,Janez

Hello Flood.
Trusted applications did the trick. I added shortcuts to the list and now it works perfectly.
