  3. Hello Flood. I added exceptions but still doesn’t work. As you can see, I added exceptions by IP and by hostname. I also exclude the whole network path to the folder of the apps on the server. I excluded separately shortcut…. Once I disable AV everything works perfectly. Thank you! Janez

  5. Hi Flood, thank you for the quick answer. There are different OSs- win 7 and win 10, build 1909. Same problem on both OS. Kaspersky anti-Virus 20.0.14.1085 YES. We have a couple of licenses. NO It is a custom application. We have an application server, SQL database. We just copy shortcuts from app server to the client computer. Please see attached picture We bought licenses from the official dealer, but it seems that licenses are home edition. Best regards! J
  6. After I installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus some applications stopped working. We have the application server and clients. When I run application from client-side there is an error message: Cannot create file "\\servername\something\something.ini When I disable Kaspersky, everything works normally. What should I do?
