i dis connected the old device and in my license list its showing o devices for that license but i am unable to link to new account

If i disconnect will i be able to use license in new laptop? because they said “The license for use of the disconnected application will continue to operate under the terms of the End User License Agreement. Information about purchased licenses will remain in your account.” i have connected my Kaspesky on both laptops

I had two license in old pc one still not yet activated and another with activated ecah was 800 days license and i uninstalled in old and installed in new but still website it says old pc is connected how do i use the license here
