Hello! Actually the Software updates reports shows only the applicable updates that are available for the installed software whether if covers any vulnerabilities or not. The Software vulnerabilities report shows only the software that has any known vulnerabilities and offers the updates that cover these vulnerabilities. Thanks!

В первую очередь почистите папки с дампами: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\~dumps и Dump_Traces_Overview После этого запустите запись трассировок с перезапуском продукта, воспроизводим проблему (уточните также время, когда проблема воспроизвелась.). Пришлите нам трассировки, свежий GSI и дампы, если они создались. Спасибо!
