KSMG as milter AND gateway

When I configure KSMG to run as MILTER (which works), it is not possible, to relay e-mails “normally” over port 25 any more. After RCPT TO there is an error message. Is it somehow possible to run KSMG as a MILTER and in “NORMAL” Relaying mode at the same time?
