Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console Open API

Hi I’ve registered for the free trial of Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console and I’m trying to use the KSC Open API. My instance URL is https://we.nwc.ksc.kaspersky.com/ and I’ve tried accessing it on port 13299 but it’s not reachable. Can someone please suggest how can I use the API?
