Hi Kaspersky security center 13.2 showing status "Databases are outdated" on one of my clinet (Kaspersky Endpoint security 11.8) Update task run successfully but no impact. Please help.

By updating latest database “Blank Screen Issue Resolved” but Speakers stopped working which resolved by re-staring. Please help….. . . Thanks.
