Detects software as virus, but possibly is not a virus

Hi, I submitted the exe, but it doesn't detect a problem. https://opentip.kaspersky.com/F69C617E1755C6AA8377BE3472D21783E9522D5C483495C51579699B6620D506/results?tab=upload Kaspersky does not detect a problem when scanning the exe, 'system watcher' detects a problem with the exe is run. -
