  1. Hey, a warm welcome to the Kaspersky Community! Which Kaspersky Lab service would you like to access? Please post the URL where you're trying to reset your password. If you forgot the answer to your security question from "My Kaspersky" account, please contact the official support by phone. Don't forget to select the correct country to be connected to the appropriate support representative. On the support page select "General Product Use" and on the right side "Contact Support" -> "Kaspersky Lab". There you will find the corresponding phone number. Good Luck, Leon
  2. Hey BrassahCorp, by
... as soon as a computer connect to the KSC ?
    do you mean:
    1. a computer connects with KSC to administrate it or
    2. a client connects via network agent to KSC for synchronization?
For the first one, you can change the configuration of the KSC by
    1. Right click on the specific administration server -> properties.
    2. Then at "Event configuration" select the information tab
    3. Select "Audit: connection to the administration server has been established"*
    * i use the german version of KSC, so the english text could be different from what I wrote. Cheers, Leon
  3. So this is not possible? I have bought the expensiver Version and could not install or use the cheaper Version??
What I don't quite understand, why would you want to use a (broken down to functions) inferior product if you can also use Internet Security with your license? My family, friends and I only use Internet Security in our private lives, because the features are simply great and security is guaranteed not only at the operating system level, but also when surfing the Internet. But to answer your question in one sentence: With a license for Kaspersky Internet Security 19 the Kaspersky Anti-Virus should should be automatically converted to Kaspersky Internet Security. What you can do, is to make use of your cancellation right:
As a Consumer, you will have a legal "cooling off period" during which you may cancel your order for any reason without penalty. This period is: 1.3.1 FOR PRODUCTS: up to fourteen (14) working days after the date of delivery of the products. 1.3.2 FOR SERVICES: up to fourteen (14) working days after the date of us accepting your order. 1.4 Limitation on this cancellation right apply as follows: 1.4.1 Where you order a service the right of cancellation is lost if the service is concluded with your prior express consent before the cooling off period expires. If the right of cancellation is exercised after the service has commenced but before it has concluded you will be required to pay an amount in proportion to the amount of the service which has been performed. 1.4.2 Where you order a digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of cancellation is lost if the performance commences with your prior express consent before the cooling off period expires. Where you order software, the right of cancellation is lost if you unseal or use the software. 1.4.3 The right of cancellation does not apply to bespoke or customised products made specifically to your order. Quote from the Terms of Sale and Consumer Information
I don't know where you ordered the license, the easiest way is to contact the respective site or partner. If you ordered via the Kaspersky.com Online-Shop, Digital River is your contact (select the correct country at the top of the selection box). Kaspersky Support will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about your license. Good luck, Leon :v_tone2:
  4. Hi Nikolay, normal users cannot upload any files (except pictures) here in the community. This should remain so for security reasons - in addition I do not know how GSI-Uploads behave in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. sensitive data like log files). Are uploaded files visible for the public? Privacy and technical restrictions aside, I will of course send you the GSI files you asked for- just give me a way how I can provide them to you. Best regards Leon
  5. Hey guys, on some devices the system tray icon of KES 11.1.0.15919 is missing. I already tried to solve the problem by editing the KES policy like here described - did not work. Is there any other possible solution to fix this little issue? Our users get a little nervous when they suddenly see no Kaspersky icon in the taskbar anymore... which is somehow understandable. Thanks in advance for your help, Leon
  6. Hey Fredrik, Okay, I've checked with us internally. We have a current project with a bigger customer (Endpoint Security for Business Advanced) and a colleague of mine has the same problems you've described with installation of KES 11.1.0.15919 and Network Agent 11.0.0.1131. In his opinion, it could be either
    1. the Admin$ Share on the affected client,
    2. GPOs,
    3. Windows Firewall
    4. or another AV program.
Maybe this could also be applicable to your infrastructure. Please provide us the installation & error logs. If these approaches do not help, an incident must be opened at Kaspersky Lab Support. Be sure to keep us informed about your problem, it could affect other users as well. Kind regards, Leon
  8. Hey Fredrik, our installation tasks run separately, first Agent, then KES. Nevertheless, everything runs smoothly here. We use Agent 11.0.0.1131 and KES 11.1.0.15919. Is nothing written to the event log at all? Is there a connection between Agent and KSC? If necessary, run klnagchk.exe -sendhb in the directory of the Network Agent on the client as administrator to verify & establish a connection. Then run the installation task again. Post the output of klnagchk if this does not fix the problem. Please anonymize IP address or server name to ensure privacy of your company. Cheers, Leon
  9. 10. Hi Glitch, I don't know which KES you are using for Mac (10 or 11), but nothing should differ from the uninstall routine. The normal way is the following:
    1. If possible stop and quit the application via the toolbar or by using macOS services, you can also try to force quit the app by using ⌘ + option + esc and then choose Force Quit...
    2. Open the DMG file of the application distribution kit.
    3. In the window with the contents of the distribution kit, double-click Uninstall Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
    4. The Kaspersky Endpoint Security uninstaller starts.
    5. In the uninstaller window, click Uninstall.
    6. In the prompt for administrator credentials, enter an administrator name and password and confirm that you want to uninstall Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
    7. Uninstallation of Kaspersky Endpoint Security starts.
    8. Read the information about completion of uninstallation and click Quit to quit the uninstaller.
You can also use third-party software to remove apps on a mac like appcleaner, because software usually store settings, cache and support data in the library. But before you go for harder measures like third-party software, you should definitely open a support ticket at Kaspersky Labs. Other users may also be affected by the problem and Kaspersky Labs should become informed! Good luck:v_tone2: Leon
  11. Hi cosmetic, hier nochmal direkt verlinkt das von Longlife beschriebene Tool klremover.exe: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/common/uninstall/1464 Mit diesem Tool kannst du unter anderem alle Versionen von Kaspersky Free Antivirus deinstallieren. Gib doch Bescheid, ob alles geklappt hat! ? Cheers, Leon
