Yes I can locate it with Windows File Explorer it’s an .iso I chose “delete archive” when it prompted me to do so

Hello, So I have Kaspersky Security Cloud Free on Windows 10 Family, The KAV is doing a great job detecting malware but it’s having a hard time deleting them it keeps trying to “resolve” but it’s simply stuck, when it prompts me to “delete the archive” I choose “delete it” but it’s still stuck here’s a picture: what can I do ?
