Not for Your K. VPN product but for Your K. security product Plus, Standard or Premium...
No solutions for me then. Well, I tried to make this VPN work. Another refund I guess. I don't understand why these simple features are gated beyond different tiers.

For which app are these instructions? This is what I have.

Edit: I'm using Edge. VPN is in inclusive split tunnel mode, only Edge is selected. Edge won't connect to 127.0.0.1 or localhost.

I use some apps that use the localhost or 127.0.0.1. if I enable the VPN cannot connect to localhost. The app in question is Invoke AI if it's relevant. However I've seen other people post about localhost problems aswell. Is there a way to fix this?

On this same page, did you click on the "How to configure enabling a VPN connection for selected applications" link?
This part explains how to use split tunneling for applications.
Yes, I read it. The confusion is in the naming of the switches. Now then my understanding below is correct?
By clicking the "Apps that never connect via VPN", application switches to the exclusive mode that disables the VPN only for the apps added to the list and keep it enabled for everything else.
And by clicking the "Apps that always connect via VPN", application switches to the inclusive mode that activates the VPN only for the apps added to the list and keep it disabled for everything else.
If this is correct please rename this switches appropriately.

I did check this page. But it doesn't answer my question. I need to activate the VPN only for specific apps and keep it disabled for everything else.

In settings there is split tunneling options. But you have to specify which apps should use VPN and which shouldn't, correct?
Can I make it so that it only enables VPN for specific apps, but nothing else? Do I have to add every other application in the exclusion list?

And which version should I use for Turkey?

@ilkelWelcome
Open the Kaspersky VPN graphical interfaceTo temporarily change the language to English, press → SHIFT + F12To return the installation's default language, press → SHIFT + F5NOTE: this is a temporary solution, when you restart the device, the language will return to the one set when you installed Kaspersky.If you want to change the language permanently, only by reinstalling the application completely.Where can I download the English version?

Just purchased the Kaspersky VPN service and it downladed the Turkish version. But I'd like to use the English version. How do I change it?
Cannot connect to localhost or 127.0.0.1 when VPN is enabled
