Kaspersky > Settings (cog wheel, bottom left) > Protection > disable Anti-Spam (this may not be the cause, just a test) " > " > Additional > Self-Defense > disable Self-Defence " > " > " > Reports and Quarantine settings > Clear Windows notification tray > right-click Kaspersky icon > Exit Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP20.0\Temp and delete the contents of the antispam and tempio folders (you may be asked to allow access, click yes/ok), then delete them from the Recycle Bin Start Kaspersky again. Re-enable Self-Defense. See if the issue continues.
