Попробуйте
1. Перейдите в настройки программы, выберите раздел Общие и уберите галочку с пункта Самозащита.
2. Выгрузите продукт.
3. Откройте путь C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report и удалите все содержимое данной папки.
4. Запустите продукт.
5. Включите Самозащиту.

5. Activar la autodefensa

попробуйте, пожалуйста, сделать следующее:

1. Desative a Autodefesa através de Configurações -> Geral
2. Saia do produto Kaspersky
3. Vá para a pasta C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ e exclua todo o conteúdo (arquivos e pastas)
4. Execute o produto Kaspersky
5. Ative a Autodefesa
6. Verifique o problema.

1. Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General
2. Exit Kaspersky product
3. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\ and rename the folder Report to Report1
4. Run Kaspersky product
5. Enable Self-Defense
6. Check the issue.

Does it help to disable scan of encrypted connections via Settings -> Additional -> Network -> select "Do not scan encrypted connections"?
Try this:
- Open Kaspersky > Settings > General > uncheck Enable self-defence option.
- Save settings > unload Kaspersky by right-click on the 'Green shield' Kaspersky icon in System Tray (on the bottom right corner of your screen) and select “Exit”. When asked if you are sure you want to exit, please click on “Continue”.
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report
- Delete contents of this folder.
- Launch Kaspersky, enable self-defence and check.
