    1. enable traces
    2. restart PC
    3. get the public wi-fi notification
    4. stop traces
Also attach a GSI report to your request to support. https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3632 Send me the incident number via private message.
  2. How can I manage the WLC without pausing the protection?
hi and welcome to the community! To go to a page with a self-signed certificate (you can read more about the nature of certificate warnings here: https://support.kaspersky.com/12489#block3) you need to add the page URL to exclusions via Settings -> Additional -> Network -> Manage Exclusions -> Add. If you need to exclude from encrypted connections scan an IP address: go to Settings -> Application Control -> Manage applications -> search for Chrome (or other browser used) -> in the search results below double click on Chrome (or other browser) -> in the opened window go to tab Exclusions -> click "Do not scan all traffic" and select the option "Do not scan encrypted traffic" -> check the option "Only for specified IP addresses" -> enter the IP address x.x.x.x -> Save.
  3. Can I set up Safe Kids to block all websites by default, and only allow according to a manually defined whitelist?
Hi, currently you can only block categories of sites via My Kaspersky > Kids > Internet > Settings > Restrictions for websites categories and below there is an option to add exclusions (to block or allow websites regardless of the their category). The possibility to block all sites regardless of categories will be implemented in the future.
  4. Hi, welcome to the community! Safe Money uses a separate instance of browser, and in order to use any extentions in Safe Money, you need to install the extention in protected browser. So, run protected browser and install the Keeper Password Manager extention. In Kaspersky product version 2020 the extentions from normal browser will be automatically installed in protected browser.
  5. Hi, the resolution would be to add 192.168.0.3 to exclusions. In Kaspersky product open Settings -> Application Control -> Manage applications -> search for Chrome (or another browser) -> in the search results below double click on Chrome (or another browser) -> in the opened window go to tab Exclusions -> click "Do not scan all traffic" and select the option "Do not scan encrypted traffic" -> check the option "Only for specified IP addresses" -> enter the IP address 192.168.0.3 -> Save.
    Restart Chrome and check.

    Update:

On September 30, 2021 Let’s Encrypt root certificate DST Root CA X3 expired (more information can be found here: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/). Since this certificate was used on several websites worldwide a certificate expiration warming message could be displayed accessing those websites in browsers. If Kaspersky product is installed it shows its own html page with untrsuted certificate warning instead of original browser’s one. Most of users with the latest and up to date versions of operating systems and browsers should not face this issue because new valid root certificate is installed automatically.

    Workaround

In case you see such warning on attempt to open a website (especially if this warning was not displayed before September 30, 2021) on Windows 7 or older operating systems it’s recommended install all availabe Windows updates.

  6. When trying to do https://www.telia.fi/kauppa/kodin-netti/tee-nopeustesti speedtest it fails to latency test error. With Kaspersky Total Security 19.0.0.1088 (e) disabled it works. It also fail on speedtest.net -Helsinki Telia. Works again when paused protection. I tried random few others and they work with AV on. I tried to look all options and no oddities there..
Hi, please submit a ticket to technical support via https://my.kaspersky.com for further issue investigation. Thank you.
  7. App control blocking Sonic Suite 3 (SS3Svc32.exe and SS3Svc64.exe because reading memory from other processes) which is program for audio settings supplied along with Asus ROG products.
Hi, as FLOOD noticed, this issue is most likely due to Protected Browser protecting itself and blocking any normal system communications. You can check it this way: open Protected Browser, then go to Kaspersky main window -> More tools -> Reports -> Detailed reports. There is nothing to worry about, as long as those messages appear right after you run protected browser. You are not notified about these, as it would be a bit too much to get a bunch of these notifications each time you run Protected Browser.
  8. Hi, yes, richbuff, you are right, the certificate is expired and that's why there is this warning from Kasperky product. If you trust the site, and wish to escape these notifications, please add the site https://forum.kajgana.com/ to exclusions via Kaspersky product Settings -> Additional -> Network -> Manage Exclusions -> Add. More information about the nature of certificate errors here: https://support.kaspersky.com/12489
  9. the software is uninstalling the modules of a tool called caddproj and is not allowing to insert in the exceptions, and the support is a trash!

  10. Since I have installed KTS I can't send emails from Microsoft Outlook 2016, unless I run into a secure connection. The port for my email account is 465, I think KTS is blocking it, but I can't solve this problem. Anyone can help me?
Hi, sorry to hear about this trouble. Please submit a ticket to technical support via https://my.kaspersky.com and include the following information in your request:
    1. GSI report (https://support.kaspersky.com/3632)
    2. Traces (https://support.kaspersky.com/14009) - enable tracing, restart KTS (Exit and start again), start send/receive in Outlook, make a screenshot of the error (if there is one).
    3. Include in your request the information on what solves the issue:
Disabling scan of encrypted connections via Settings -> Additional -> Network -> do not scan encrypted connections? Disabling Firewall? Pausing protection? Exiting KTS? The issue will be investigated by support team and a resolution will be provided.
