  1. I don’t know why, but after reinstalling Firefox for a third time it started working again correctly. I also reinstalled Kaspersky for the 2nd time too, but it wasn’t till I did FF did it start working again. Weird, not sure what fixed it… Thanks again for trying to help @Flood and Flood's wife it is greatly appreciated!
  2. I switched to the Mozilla certificate store. Still not working. Double checked I did the steps right and it seems I did but not working :( Also, I checked our computer downstairs and it has Firefox on it too, but it is working fine. But it’s on FF v.89.0.2 and Win10 20H2. I updated it to FF v.91.0 and it works fine...
  3. ok As far as I know it is default. I tried with and without extensions. Reinstalled it as I mentioned. It does seem complicated, and I’ve been up all day trying to sort this out already. I’ll try that when I get up and let you know. Thanks again!
  4. It doesn’t open in other browsers. I don’t know where certificate info is in Firefox. Can I pass on this one for now? Confirmed I did all of Method 2 and imported it.
  5. ? There is no view certificate info I can find. That arrow your pointing to is “View Saved Passwords” Nope, not that I’m aware of. Yes, I did Method 2.Thanks greatly for the help so far!
  6. chrome://browser/content/certerror/supportpages/connection-not-secure.html No restore point now. I deleted when I cleaned up cache by mistake :( No idea, sorry. I followed what it said but it still same error.
  7. Sorry, my bad, I was at 20H2 not 21H2! I am now running 21H1 from the update today.
  8. Sorry I don’t see anything to do with certificates. I was running Windows 21H2 but today it said there was an update that looks to be 21H1 (which I think I skipped when it came out.) It now says I’m running 21H1, so don’t know whats up with that…Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on ‎8/‎11/‎2021 OS build 19043.1165 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
  9. Firefox is default. I have no idea. No padlock there, jsut i with a circle, the info in it says:
  10. Firefox 91.0 doesn’t have a padlock there on the pages for me.
  11. What update is that? Need to check/redo Not sure, was just uninstalled, full restart and reinstalled so probably not. Not that I’m aware of, not sure how. I don’t see any padlock to get certificate info. ? Microsoft Firewall. Yes, no help, tried some things and settings.
  12. I don’t recall. I will redo it and let you know. Not the I know of. Yes, both were done separately as I wasn’t sure which was causing the issue. I did a full shutdown and restart between each. Not sure how to get the screen shots of certificates (where are they?) Windows Firewall. Yes, I’ve read through those and tried a bunch of settings/things mentioned. It’s only Firefox that does it with or without extensions.
  13. Today Kaspersky AntiVirus 21.3.10.391e updated as usual, then a Windows 10 pro update (21H1 I think, though I already had 21H2) installed, and now I can’t connect to any websites on Firefox v.91.0. It works on Microsoft Edge fine. With Firefox I just get the following message for any website I try: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to click.kaspersky.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Any ideas how to fix this please? I’ve tried reinstalling Firefox and Kaspersky AV to no avail, tried clearing browser cache and resetting it, reset modem and router and a few others things I don’t remember. If I disable Kaspersky, then Firefox works properly. Thanks if anyone can help.
  14. You provide three different links in your reply Flood. I think After23 is looking for just the download link to the version you posted. https://support.kaspersky.com/15568
  15. Thanks for the info. Yes, the ‘Returned error’ on YouTube seems to be fixed. Thanks again!
  16. Looks to be working again, after I found the right download link, thank you very much for the help! How come it didn’t tell me/prompt me to update the version of Kaspersky Antivirus I’m using by itself?
  17. So does that mean if I update it , it will be fixed or ? Sorry for the confusion...
