  1. @Berny Thanks for your reply. The screenshot attached does not show the printer in the networks section. I will investigate further with Epson Support. Also, will the VPN prevent access to networked PC's/folders/devices?
  2. Hi everyone, Another issue with the VPN service. I was able to solve the issue with mail not sending via Thunderbird, but now I have a similar issue with not being able to print to a network printer when VPN is enabled. Do I add the printer in the Split Tunneling section again? If so, how? Thanks.   4. I have just upgraded to Kaspersky Premium 21.8.5.452 and have installed Kaspersky VPN. When the VPN is enabled, it prevents me from sending mail through Mozilla Thunderbird. When I disable the VPN, the mail sends OK. Is there a setting I need to change in Thunderbird? Thanks.
