  1. Hi Eleia, According to the datasheet that i sent in my previous response, the answer to your question is YES. you can use the functionnalities of Kaspersky EDR Expert on premises however you will need to install another component to have the full architecture for KEDR Expert. You can also use KEDR Expert from a cloud console too. Best,
  2. Kaspersky EDR Expert is a single solution that can be managed from both a cloud-based central management platform and from an offline console in air-gapped environments. You may find more details here : https://media.kaspersky.com/en/business-security/enterprise/kaspersky-edr-expert-datasheet.pdf Kaspersky ATA might also be of interest to you : https://content.kaspersky-labs.com/se/media/en/business-security/enterprise/Datasheet_KATA.pdf
  3. Hi, I can't see any attachement in your post, and what do you mean by "windows desktop sharing connection" ? Do you mean to say Remote desktop connection? if so, could you check if there's any appliance like a firewall between the client and the server that might be blocking port 3389. Best Regards, -AD
  4. can anyone give an update on this? I am facing the same issue on KES 12.3 on a Win SRV 2016 running MS Exchange and also another SRV Win SRV 2016 running DC.
