Please do the following:

1. Open KTS, select Settings⚙, select Manage Settings, select Restore, allow the process to complete.
2. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login.
3. Log a case with Kaspersky Support; on the support page select either Chat or Email, then select Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of any errors & a detailed history; Support may request traces & other data, they will guide you.

Hi everyone, I kindly ask for help with a problem I encountered on the trading platform (TP) I use.
If I use the TP with KTS enabled the data flow is not instantaneous, therefore less fast, if I disable the protection the data flow is faster.
This is detectable by an icon displayed in the PT.

Salve  a tutti,

Sto usando una piattaforma di trading e ho notato che il flusso dati che arriva, non è veloce come dovrebbe, infatti, disabilitando la protezione per il tempo necessario all'avvio della piattaforma il flusso dati raggiunge la sua velocità più elevata.  Chiedo quale sia il miglior modo per gestire questa situazione.

il sistema KTS ultimo aggiornamento 21.2.16…. mi chiede psw e nome utente per confermare la modifica della impostazione, in questo caso quello della webcam,ma visto le varie credenziali per accedere a My Kaspesky,forum…...volevo chiedere gentilmente quale era da usare.

Salve,grazie della risposta,ho reimpostato ma prima di aprire Prime video mi chiede con o senza protezione di Safe Money.

Solo senza SM il video parte, altrimenti mi ferma alla riproduzione.

Salve a tutti, guardando i film/serie Tv su Prime Video con la protezione attiva questi si bloccano in partenza se accedo invece alla piattaforma con KTS disattivato, funziona.

Cosa posso fare per ovviare a questo problema.

Premetto che KTS è sempre aggiornato.

Ciao a tutti, volevo aver chiaro una cosa,se acquisto un codice licenza per Total Security, approfittando di uno sconto che mi è via mail,posso conservare tale codice fino al termine del periodo di licenza in essere sul mio pc? Il nuovo codice lo attiverò alla scadenza di quello attuale. Grazie Saluti
