I have a app called AllIms which uploads PDF files inside it (It is made using .net or similar), but everytime I upload any PDF on it, Kaspersky simply crashes.
I enabled all log options, on configuration options, but when the crash happens no logs are generated.
Only log I get is "Previous task was not completed." with a yellow warning icon.
The weird thing is that this is only happening on version 11.09.0.
If I downgrade tro 11.07.0, the app works fine.
I did not test 11.08.0.
Well, what could I do?
I tried troubleshooting this, disabled some modules, but still no success to understand what is happening.
Kaspersky 11.09 crashing when uploading PDF file on a software, but 11.07 does'nt. Logs show nothing.
