Well, first I was sure it was the same using other browsers. Now just to be sure I checked again and found that Chrome and Internet explorer do not work, while Edge does…? I’ve tried both with, and without, the Chrome extension. If I leave anti-banner ON in KIS the issue appear. If I leave anti-banner OFF, it works as it should (but get a lot of banners). The strange thing is that it does not help to add the site to the ignore list (banners allowed on this site). If I allow banners on Speedtest.net, but leave anti-banner ON in KIS, the issue persist. Yes, as mentioned in my original post I do not have this issue on another computer in the same network.

Hello, In the last few months (possibly since I upgraded from KIS 2020 to 2021) I’ve seen issues with multiple websites when the anti-banner feature is on. A few examples: Speedtest.net - I do not get any upload speed when anti banner is on. When off all is ok. SAS.no - Unable to log in, find and buy tickets.. When off all is ok. Wideroe.no - Unable to log in, log off, pay for tickets. When off all is ok. Google Drive - Unable to download files. Works ok when off. It is very strange however that I have two computers where one produce these errors, the other does not. On the computer producing these errors I’ve tried to reset all settings without success… I would like to have the anti-banner feature on, so any help solving this issue is highly appreciated!

As the topic say I get 0 Mbps upload speed when KIS is active. Download speed is normal at 250 Mbps. When I turn protection off I get what I should, 250 Mbps up and down. Any ideas?

Thank you Flood! 1 - No, but the problem appears in Edge and Firefox as well. 2 - Yes 3 - Basically default except a few minor changes 4A - This worked indeed :) So I turned it back on again and tried 4B. This worked also :) I did try 4b myself before asking here on the forums, but then I used the full URL to that specific Google Drive, not just drive.google.com. Following your suggestion solved the issue as far as I can see! Thanks a lot!

Hello, I’ve received this link to a Google Drive containing some files that I’d like to download. When KIS is active I am unable to download any files. I’ve tried to add the link to Web-Inti virus URL exception, but I’m only able to download files from the Drive if I disable Kaspersky for a few minutes. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you

Where do I do this exactly? I’ve also tried to send it to Kaspersky Virus Desk. It came back clean… The result came back within seconds though.

Hello, I have this radio that I’ve downloaded the latest firmware to. When scanning for viruses one of the files, D878UV_Setup_1.17.exe is reported to contain WORM.WIN32.WBVB I’ve asked on relevant forums if anyone else finds this malicious object in the downloaded firmware, but it is only me. I’ve also tried to upload the file to Kaspersky VirusDesk (https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/) and VirusTotal (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload) Both of these reports the file to be clean, so why does my KIS quarantine it? Is it a real threat or should I whitelist the file? Thank you for your advice.

The video is not showing up at all, it is only a black hole where it should have been. No error messages at all. The video will just not start.

Hi, On all computers I have running Kaspersky I am unable to view videos on at least dagbladet.no This one for example: https://www.dagbladet.no/video/unike-nye-bilder-av-titanic/uhKPQCzo I have tried to allow both data collection and stop the Anti banner in Google Chrome without luck. The only commonality I can see is Kaspersky. Any suggestions? Thank you.
