  1. Was able to delete without starting in safe mode. Unchecked the feature wich I never turned on. It must be on by default.
  2. I am trying to free up some space on the drive where KPM resides and I find that the log folder (C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager\Logs) contains 31gb of files. This seems excessive and I want to know why there isn't an option in the app to clear these logs? Is it safe for me to delete these files manually? Please advise.
  3. Isn't the default not to stop the firewall until the computer is shut down completely? I turned it off and it kicked me off the remote login and I was not able to log back in until someone could turn the firewall back on. So I don't know if the Windows firewall activated once the KTS was disabled.
  4. I'm looking in the reports for the firewall, and I see no rejections, so if the port scan was reaching the firewall and being rejected, it would show in those reports, right? Maybe my ISP blocks 3306? I looked on xfinity and it did not say anything about blocking that port. How would I know?
  5. I changed the protocol to ALL and it's still is the same.
  6. No, I looked in the application rules and it shows as allowed
  7. Yes, as I said, I placed the new rule at the top of the stack.
  8. I am trying to grant remote access to a DB on my local PC running on port 3306. I have run a port checking tool from the web that says the port is closed. I have added a port forward in the router and a packet rule in KTS at Settings>Firewall>Packet Rules (See Photo), moved the rule to the top of the stack but the port checking tool still reports 3306 closed. What am I doing wrong here? I am running KTS 21.3.10.39(i) on Windows 10 21H2 Build 19044.1706
  9. Here ya go. Here is another basic task to launch Google daily at a specified time.
  10. When I try to create a manual task to open a specific webpage daily at a specific time in Windows 10 Task Scheduler. KTS pops up and tells me I am infected with Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c and give no options other than to disinfect. I could add an exception for Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c but then if there is ever a real infection of Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c ir will ignore it. How can I create a task without the software detecting it as malware?
