[Can't log on to My Kaspersky, Code 404.]

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I sent my question to this forum, and as I did I was suddenly connected to My Kaspersky. I have no idea what happened. I just started my subscription a couple of days ago. I tried getting through several ways, and I don't know why I was suddenly put through. I hope it doesn't happen again!! Don't like code 404!! Thanks again for reaching out. ⛄

Why can’t I log on to My Kaspersky? I click it and rather than a log on, I get Code 404!! Help me please, I can’t get to the log on.
