Can you collect those leftovers files, compress them, and upload to a free cloud service, and send me via personal message of the community, the link to download?
After that, just remove manually all those leftovers.
Added: unhide files and system folders in Your Windows folder options.

Where do those Excel documents come from? MsOffice documents are prone to have embedded malicious code if they come to untrusted or unknown sources (email, etc.).

¿A qué servidor VPN conectas?
Ya se ha comentado en otras ocasiones que conectando mediante VPN siempre reduce la velocidad máxima de nuestras conexiones, incluso si son de fibra.
¿Has realizado algunos cambios en la configuración de Kaspersky Premium?
Recomendaciones:
- Navegación Segura: Nivel de Seguridad Bajo
- Desactivar Anti-Banner y Navegación Privada, usar extensiones en los navegadores, como uBlock Origin

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.
In Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, click on Clean up, and check again.
Delete files in Temporal folders C:\Windows\Temp and C:\Users\<Your account user>\AppData\Local\Temp.
Some files look like a malicious patch, just remove it manually.
Download AdwCleaner tools and run it, post here the log result of detections.

No debería tomar más de unas pocas horas el que desaparezca la detección.
No hay costo adicional, tú de licencia KIS activará en nuevo Kaspersky Estándar.

Simplemente espera, cierra el navegador y vuelve a probar.
Yo lo he probado con una versión Kaspersky para empresas: Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
Además, veo que aún tienes KIS 21, quizás deberías actualizar a la nueva línea de productos, tu KIS se convertirá en Kaspersky Estándar:
