The problem with email has nothing to do with the issue in Kaspersky firewall. Just change password in Your email, and add 2FA Authentication to it, via a mobile app.

Estando en la ventana principal de KPlus abierta, elige Seguridad en el menú vertical de la izquierda, luego haz un poco de "scroll" hacia abajo, hasta llegar a Prevención de Intrusiones -> Administrar Aplicaciones: En la zona superior derecha, como se muestra en la captura de ejemplo: FireFox, puedes buscar la aplicación en cuestión, y una vez obtenido el resultado debajo, en su columna Red, pulsas en la flechita hacia abajo -> Rechazar, y confirmamos el cambio. Try: 1.- Make a reset of Your Kaspersky config settings. 2.- ScanDisk Your main drive C : 3.- Uninstall and reinstall K. product.
