Bienvenid@ a la comunidad de Kaspersky. Sí, dicha opción como se muestra permita Ignora la notificación y además recodar lo elegido. De cualquier forma también podemos crear manualmente Exclusiones de análisis de conexiones cifradas para páginas Webs, en Configuración → Adicional → Red → Análisis de conexiones cifradas → Exclusiones, siempre que pienses que dicha Web funciona correctamente y si certificado es correcto y está actualizado. De cualquier forma sube captura de pantalla de la información de dicha página, pulsando [Detalles] en la notificación. Saludos.

Pues seguramente llegará un momento en que la activación de tu Windows se desactive, y te dará mensajes de aviso y, si es W10, podrás seguir usándolo, aunque con limitaciones a la hora de acceder a opciones de configuración, etc. Saludos.

Bienvenid@ a la comunidad de Kaspersky. Sí, según la regla de licencias de Kaspersky -1 / +3, podrías, pero no con una versión 2018… Es decir dicha licencia para la versión 2020, puede activar las versiones 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023... Aunque te recomiendo que uses directamente ya la nueva versión 2020 de tu Kaspersky. Saludos.

Doing manually via WD Security Center it’s only temporally until the next start of the System… I disable in WPD (uses policy rules also) this and reboot the system:

I guess You already added to Trusted URLs… Try to add that IP to Network → Encrypted Connections → Manage Exclusions...

No, unchecking that setting has nothing to do with WD, just changes Kaspersky into Interactive Mode… Yes, You may disable WD manually or using a 3rd party tool, for example in some system I use WPD (which has a setting to disable WD → reboot the system, also additional tweaks to disable W10 telemetry and other annoying features :) )...

Revisando el informe (gracias @JFNoda) veo que tienes la VPN KSeC de la versión 2020, pero el KTS es la versión 2019 🤔 Prueba a desinstalar completamente desde Panel de Control → Programas y Características, el KTS… asegúrate también de tener completamente actualizado tu W10 (parches de seguridad y opcionales NetFramework)… Luego prueba a instalar de nuevo el KTS2020.
