  3. Welcome to Kaspersky Community, I guess You mean when sending via KOTIP I know there are many other K. users complaining about the same question. I have no answer to that. You may try to send malware via creating directly a ticket to Support from Your My Kaspersky. Additionally, I guess sending malware (compressed with password "infected" without ") to newvirus @ kaspersky . com is still working 馃

  5. Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Did You install the last version K. overwriting a previous one in W11? If so, uninstall K. from Control Panel -> Programs and Features, and install again.

Problem of Opera VPN integrated in the browser is still in this 21.18 beta as in previous 21.17 final, weird it was working fine in 21.16 and in previous builds... also some users complained in 21.17 final that any VPN add-on in browsers are not working. The only workaround is to create an Exclusion for the browser -> encrypted traffic.   11. Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Please provide Kaspersky product version installed. Also, be sure Your network is set to Private in Your Windows settings, also in Kaspersky FireWall settings -> Available Networks, be sure Your Home Network is set to Trusted.
  12. Please try to uninstall KPlus with K. uninstallers in Control Panel -> Programs and Features. Be sure Your Windows 10 is completely updated via Windows Updates, check also Optionals. Run a ScanDisk in Your drive 馃槃 Reinstall KPlus.

De cualquier forma, personalmente esa funci贸n la tengo desactivada, aunque s铆 es cierto que viene activada por defecto: Me temo que te toca usar una herramienta de recuperaci贸n de archivos, y tener suerte si puedes recuperarlos, si fueron borrados. De cualquier forma, puedes contactar con el Soporte oficial, por si ellos te pudieran dar alguna informaci贸n y/o soluci贸n alternativa: K. Support Para terminar, recordar la importaci贸n de hacer copias de seguridad de nuestros archivos (y clonados del sistema), tantos en alg煤n servicio en la nube (yo uso mega Plan Lite de 400GB) como en discos externos (no conectados al sistema).
