it couldnt recover my flies

the ransomware belongs to the 'Djvu ransomware family'.
Please have a look at this page, it might be offered in your language as well.

There is a decryptor, but whether it helps you is another issue. First, however, the malware must be removed.

i went there before already 

there is not any thing for mogranos 

There is for another virus
