    Dear support
    I installed Endpoint Agent 3.9 on My Clients and want to generate a virus report to see open incident (EDRO Report) , but an error appears "Error
    Preparing data to display. Please, wait."
    1- assign License (EDRO) to Web console
    2- create policy (Endpoint Agent)
    3- Assign License to endpoint agent

Hello we have two console (online and offline) these consoles are like each other(plugins,packages,..) but when i transfer the online update folder to offline server ,the offline server wants some folder in this path like "/updates/kata"or "/updates/ab" and some other.i checked online server update folder but there are not any folder like kata or ab ... What can i do??:sweat: best regards

Hello some of my clients(Agent 10.5.1781 and Endpoint 10.1.2.966 ) suddenly disconnect from KSC(10.5.1781).when I try to correct the connection an error appears "Transport level error while connecting to http://XXXX:13000: general error 0x4F8" . port 13000 is open (I can see KES (the port and ping )from client). screenshot attacked
