Hello I have installed the trail version of Kaspersky Internet Security a month ago, and this caused a frequent crash to my system. I tried every solution found on the internet but no one worked, and windows still crashes almost at every start. Crash nature : IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL Tcpip.sys BAD POOL CALLER Kaspersky version : Kaspersky Internet Security - Version: 21.3.10.391 (d)Windows version : Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.I have tried many solutions found on the interent but no one worked. The only one remaining is to uninstall the antivirus, however I still have some days in the trial version before trying this last solution. I have attached the error message generated in a text file. Thanks in advance for your help.
