Please check → C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky xx.x\shellex.dll

Also, please check  : CCleaner > Startup > Context Menu > "shellex.dll"

no duplicates in ccleaner

[Duplicated new context menu entry (win11)]

Kaspersky standard is showing 2 identical itens in new context menu (right click menu) of windows 11, i have tried reinstall with no success to resolve this, started in last update.
