Geralmente esse erro é temporário mas se ainda não funcionar, procure por informações na internet sobre como instalar o certificado e acessar o site 😉
Ainda assim, se você precisar de suporte com relação ao Kaspersky só criar um tópico aqui na comunidade na seção BR.

Esse problema não está relacionado ao Kaspersky, mas sim ao servidor onde a aplicação está hospedada.
O problema se refere ao servidor onde o site está hospedado e informa que o acesso foi negado.
Não há nenhuma relação entre o problema informado por você e o Kaspersky exceto pela notificação sobre o certificado do site. Além disso, os certificados são instalados no sistema operacional e ao acessar o site, ele é verificado e validado, portanto, não existe nenhum relação entre o certificados e o Kaspersky.

2 - As I instructed you, when the box inside Kaspersky is checked, Kaspersky will treat the connection (between itself and the network - not Windows) as limited, which will reduce network traffic just between Kaspersky and your computer.
3 - You can try restoring Kaspersky to default settings to restore any incorrect settings.

- Click on the gear symbol (configuration) in the lower left-hand side of the window
- Click → Manage settings
- Click → Restore
- Click → Next
- Confirm the operation (if necessary, enter the Kaspersky unlock password)
- Click → Done

- Scroll down and look for "AntiBanner"
- Click on the gear symbol (setting)
- Click on → Sites with allowed banners
- Click → Add
- Enter the address of the site you want to allow ads on
- Under Status check the box → Active
- Click → Ok
- Click → Ok again
- Refresh the page
You can also disable the Anti-banner module completely, instead of only allowing the specific website.

1 - Não existe um "plano familiar" e sim planos que você pode compartilhar com amigos e familiares
2 - Quando se fala de "contas de usuário" refere-se a utilização do KPM (Kaspersky Password Manager) e representa a quantidade de cofres virtuais que poderá ser associado a conta My Kaspersky. Cada pessoa que você compartilhar a sua assinatura, terá direito a um cofre seguro para armazenar as senhas. O limite máximo de cofres permitidos é de 5 contas de usuário.

in Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium

The firewall settings that come by default in Kaspersky are recommended by Kaspersky experts for your security.
Even so, you can modify them according to your needs, but you may have some problems, especially in relation to the system's own applications, such as Windows Update, among others.
To block network access for all applications, do the following:
Block network access for all groups → Trusted - Untrusted - High restriction - Low restriction
This will block network access for all applications (including new applications that are installed).
Now, you only allow access to the internet through the browser you use.
Regarding the issue of releasing the firewall only for DNS, DHCP and the browser, this is already done by default (there is no need to release these ports, except for DHCP).
If you look, there are already DNS rules configured in the firewall.
Unless your computer will provide some IP address over the network, there is no need to release any ports over DHCP.
