Veja os relatórios do escaneamento, se algo for detectado ele irá aparecer nos relatórios e o Kaspersky automaticamente o excluirá.
Como um escaneamento extra (opcional), você pode usar o Adwcleaner para verifique se há algum adware também no sistema.
Se nada for encontrado, você está seguro 👍

Tente acessar a conta de outro dispositivo e troque todas as senhas por senhas mais seguras.Algumas recomendações para aumentar a sua segurança:- Evite acessar sites desconhecidos (mesmo que o Kaspersky faça o bloqueio se algo for detectado)
- Revise as extensões instaladas nos navegadores que você utiliza e tome cuidado ao instalar novas extensões (algumas extensões são desenvolvidas justamente para esse tipo de infecção)
- Utilize um navegador compatível com a extensão Kaspersky Protection
- Use um bloqueador de anúncios (Ublock Origin, Adguard, Ghostery, entre outros)
- Faça a limpeza de arquivos temporários e desnecessários do sistema
- Realize um escaneamento completo do dispositivo
- Realize um escaneamento auxiliar em busca de adware com Adwcleaner → br.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Essas são apenas recomendações para lhe ajudar a evitar esse tipo de ameaça no seu computador.-

Were you able to cancel? Otherwise, as I said before, try clearing your browsing history + cookies, also try using a VPN (using a server from your country) to access your My Kaspersky account.

Recomendo a você revisar todos os programas instalados no seu computador e realizar um escaneamento completo do dispositivo usando o Kaspersky.
Além disso, você pode realizar um escaneamento adicional em busca de softwares indesejáveis com o Adwcleaner (não precisa instalar) → br.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Adicionalmente, você também pode resetar as configurações dos seus navegadores para os padrões de fábrica.

You have applied "deny" to all groups (Trusted, Untrusted, High restriction and Low restriction)
You can even do this for disk D, but you need to release fundamental applications like Microsoft so that Windows applications like explorer.exe can read all files on the disk.

This is a complex component of Kaspersky and with it there are countless possibilities for using this component.

Thanks for the suggestions, but "Read" basically means "Run/Open".
In your scenario, basically we have that on disk D no file with the ".exe" extension has read permission, that is, they do not have permissions to be read from disk D, therefore, they cannot be executed/opened.

- Restart your computer
- Clean up temporary files and leftovers from the removed installation
- Download and install the latest version KVPN
- Restart your computer
- Try using the VPN again
- Check if the problem persists
