    Eu não falei para não usar o produto, foi apenas uma medida temporária para solução do problema.

    Qualquer software AV pode apresentar problemas visto que o desenvolvimento do software é contínuo, logo em algum momento pode apresentar falhas.

    Qual versão do Kaspersky você está utilizando?

    Atualize para a versão 21.16.6.467 (versão mais recente) pois o problema já foi corrigido.

    Does the VPN display any error messages?
     
    Do the following procedure and check if it is working:
     
    Uninstall Kaspersky Secure Connection
    Restart your computer
    Clean up temporary files and leftovers from the removed installation
    Download and install the latest version of KVPN
    Restart your computer
    Try using the VPN again
    Check if the problem persists

    This problem is strange.

    KIS represents a legacy product from Kaspersky, try installing the product equivalent to your license, in this case, Kaspersky Standard.

    Kaspersky Standard → Download link

    Download it and connect it to your My Kaspersky account.

    Check if the problem is resolved by installing the latest product and, if possible, provide feedback 👍

    Realizei um teste e realmente a página não está abrindo ao usar a VPN.
     
    O motivo pode ser realmente o Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection ou porque o site usa um serviço (Cloudfront) que detecta qualquer VPN e realiza o bloqueio ao acessar o site.
     
    Neste caso, peço que entre em contato com o suporte técnico → Suporte Técnico

    Add local site to K. exclusions ↓
     
    Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
    On the left-hand side of the window, click → Security
    Scroll down the window, under "Intrusion prevention" click → Manage applications
    Type the name of the application you are using to access the address into the search bar (right-hand side of the window)
    Right-click on the application and select → Details and rules
    In the window that opens, click on the tab → Exclusions
    Check the box → Do not check encrypted traffic
    Check the box → Only for the specific IP address
    Enter the IP you're trying to access via the browser
    Click to save
    Close the browser and run the test again

    It's not that common, especially with this specific fact of 100% CPU usage.

    Perhaps a complete reinstallation of the product and a cleaning of the system could help you in this case.

    Could you please provide more details on the situation?

    For example:

    • Does the slowdown problem happen when starting the system or after opening some specific applications?
    • Have you changed any settings in Kaspersky? If so, have you tried restoring the product to factory defaults?
    • Have you tried reinstalling the product (uninstall → delete temporary files and caches → install again)?
    • Did the problem start after some change to the system?
    • Do you have any other security products installed?

    Sorry for so many questions, but the purpose of this is to try to understand and find what is causing this strange behavior on your computer to help you 🙂

    Open the Kaspersky VPN graphical interface
    To temporarily change the language to English, press → SHIFT + F12
    To return the installation's default language, press → SHIFT + F5
     
    NOTE: this is a temporary solution, when you restart the device, the language will return to the one set when you installed Kaspersky.
     
    If you want to change the language permanently, only by reinstalling the application completely.
