  1. GroOM started following KSC 14.2.0.26967 From the administration console the network agent can't be started or stoped

    I got a KSC 14.2.0.26967 in a Windows Server 2016 From the KSC was installed the network agent successfully on the users PC, but from the KSC i cant remotely stop a network agent. What could be the issue? Thanks
