Thanks. media.peerconnection.enabled is now to set to false. I looked on command prompt with ipconfig /all and the only static IP address there is Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter.

Hello Green ZeldaYoshi, Thanks for posting back and for doing the tests? (1) The IpV6 address that IpLeak is reporting, have you checked that against an IpV6 address configured in your network? (2) If you run IpLeak in a Google browser, what's the IpV6 status? (3) In Firefox about:config - what's the config of media.peerconnection.enabled ? Please let me know? Thanks. Sorry for a little late response. I'm not really sure what you mean by against an IPv6 address configured in my network. I did go in my router settings and found that IPv6 - Automatic in IPv6 setup was enabled so I disabled it to see what would happen. Now using IPleak this time in Firefox, WebRTC doesn't show an IPv6 address, just an IPv4 address. However in a Google Browser it shows neither an IPv4 or IPv6 under WebRTC detection. The configuration for media.peerconnection.enabled for status is default, type is boolean, and value is true.

I think everything might be good now. Everything did say that I did not have an IvP6 address with Secure Connection enabled. I guess regardless if IPleak can see my Ipv6 address with WebRTC detection does that mean everything must be working ok?

Can you upload an image of: (Windows) Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections - as in my image (2) & (Windows) Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, select Change Adaptor Settings, Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter image (3) (4) re: IPleak, (using Google) do you see: "No forwarded IP detected. If you are using a proxy, it's a transparent proxy" ? (5) What is the Fallback result? (6) Do you see "No leak, RTCPeerConnection not available." (7) Have to you run IPleak using a Firefox browser? Please let me know? Thanks I do have the default settings for Secure Connection to select automatically. IPleak does tell me No forwarded IP detected and if it's a proxy then it's transparent. Fallback result says fail. I am using it on Firefox. Here is a screenshot from control panel. It looks the same as yours does.

But since yesterday it wouldn't do so anymore", can you detail more what you mean please? How do you feel the ip is not masked? What changed yesterday? Any software, hardware? network changes? Any changes at all? With KSC active, enabled please run IPLEAK - is your IP visible? IF "no" please post back with more information - refer 4. Thanks so much:pray_tone3: -Desktop OS: Windows 10 Pro version 1903 build 18362.295 Laptop is Windows 10 Home version 1903 build 18362.295 Kaspersky Secure Connection version is 19.0.0.1088 (g) The only other Kaspersky product I have is Kaspersky Total Security 2019 installed, same version number as Secure Connection. When I said only once, how I knew that was I tested it with Google when I first purchased it and it said I was in Tokyo Japan which meant it was working. Then the next day I tried it again and with Secure Connection enabled on my desktop and it showed my current location this time. I did in fact use IPleak to test it out and sure enough my IP address was visible. Everything came up as United States for the past 2 days now. I didn't make any kind of changes to any device. Now this morning I tried it out one more time and today it seems to be working again. IPleak detects it as Japan and everything else as Singapore. When I types in Google where am I it did say Japan again at first and the back to United States. Looking at IPleak everything seems to be working except my Ipv6 address is still visible.

I'm not too familiar with networking, but I bought Kaspersky Secure Connection for a year for live streaming on Twitch and only once it would mask my IP address. But since yesterday it wouldn't do so anymore. It would connect to the virtual server just fine but regardless of which virtual server I choose. I have it on both my desktop and laptop it. Is it something to do with my networking settings or with my internet I need to configure?
