Here are 2 pictures of the message I get when trying to restore!

Good Day I have a problem restoring from my external drive and back to my laptop, after my HD crashed and I installed a new HD. When I try to restore from the external HD, Kaspersky can't find the file. I don't use Password. Using Windows 10 and Kaspersky Total Security What can be the problem??

It seems to be Word & Exel that is a problem.

I’m using Kaspersky Total Security and Windows 10. My laptop stuffed up, but did back-up before. I’m now trying to Restore to another laptop, but it seems that Kaspersky are blocking some documents to be opened! I get message that I don’t have access. What can be the problem and how to solve it??
