I found a temporarly turnaround solution which should work. Since the (trojan/fall) problem is during the phone reboot, I activated the sim pin password (I changed the pin with one which I and my wife knows) , so when the phone reboots my daughter cannot apply the hack and we must unlock the phone for her. Using the procedure I will give her the phone with safe kids already running and the problem should be solved. It's a temporarly solution, I hope Karspersky can solve it as possible.

In "Risparmio energetico" mode Safe kids will NOT start . After this step I can exit from "Risparmio energetico" and I could also uninstall Safe kids. Hello FLOOD, Yes , I already told you that the video was done with Settings set to Forbidden. It was so , since the first Safe Kids installation , Also this morning my daughter already stopped Safe Kids .

The problem with password is fixed , even if I didn't receive a reply from support. I do not know why but I received only a 7 days trail for Safe kids. Opening other ticket to avoid the other problem now.

Hello Flood truly, I think that I will finish my trial without seeing my two Safe Kids problems fixed (2 days left). I had a lot of hopes in Safe Kids after google family and Eset parental control failures but as it seems I'll need again to search a new parental control :( Other 2 days to hope. Thank you Graziano

Regarding Getsysteminfo , sorry Getsysteminfo stops after "executing AVZ.." , then to stop it after various minutes I need to open Windows task manager and kill the process . I tried to reboot pc and stop antivirus , it didn't help. Getsysteminfo refuses to start .

In my daughter phone, if I click the icon it reports that "Karspersky Safe Kids è attivo" Also note that when I login in https://my.kaspersky.com , I can go in every page , the problem happens when I click on Bambini menu (Kids menu) , and I see this from over 16 hours now. The problem started after I changed the password.

All browsers in Windows 10, tried now chrome. Also no login using my Smartphone Huawei Imate 7 . I will send the zip in private as soon I will have it. BTW even if I have a very powerful desktop "getsystem info" is requiring a lot of time to process and currently is stopped from 5 minutes to "Executing Avz..." about 5% of the bar, however is does not seem freezed . Hello Yesterday I changed my password in Kid Safe area using Firefox from my Windows pc. Password was changed correctly and to be correct I can login but.. 1- if I go here https://my.kaspersky.com/MyKids I receive this message la password è stata modificata. La pagina sarà disponibile fra alcuni minuti. But I changed it about 12 hours ago and I still see this message .. Also I cannot login in my smartphone using KId Safe icon , I receive the messages "La connessione può richiedere un pò di tempo" and nothing happens for hours How to fix this please ? She can add also Safe kids blocked app (in this video she will use Avakin which is a blocked app in Safe Kids) and use the app all the time she wants.
