  1. Hello, i have the KSC11 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Sp1 Domain Controller. This Domain Controller has some issues with the AD replica and probably a will demote it. The KSC11 on the current server is using Microsoft SQL 2008 Sp1, What is the procedure for restoring the KSC on another server using its own backp? Which version of microsoft SQL server do I have to install, considering that I could be forced to move the KSC11 on a Windows server 2016 or 2012 if something goes wrong in the procedure of demotin and dcpromo? Perhaps the ksc11 installation package already has a SQL server version included? Could you give me some advice? Thanks.
  2. When i have to get the GSI? After the upgrade? have i to freeze KES before? Thanks.
  3. by mistake I posted this topic in the wrong section. could you move it to the corporate section? thanks
  4. hello, after the required reboot, all seems ok but KSC update task no longer starts on client: the percentage remains at 0, If i try to start the update task manually in KES 11.1 interface, it freezes. I must unistall KES11.0 before and then install KES 11.1 with pf7033. ok, it's not a drama to uninstall the KES first, in any case, this post also aims to inform the commuity. //Mod Note: moved to proper section.
  5. i'm trying Windows 10 may update with KES 11,1 and pf7033 on two clients and for now i didn't notice any hight cpu usage. try the pf7033.
  6. Yes, i must unistall before. i'm trying to create a Kaspersky Application unistall task on KSC but it list only the KES 11.1 version, KES 11.0.0.1131 is not listed. Can the unistall task for KES11.1 works on KES 11.0? Sorry for my post i would like to say: "If i before unistall KES 11.0.0.15919 and after i run the KES 11.1.0.15919 with patch pf7024 integrated all end fine and works fine."
  7. I have created a KES 11.1.0.15919 install package with pf7024 integrated. I created an installation task using this package. The task ends correctly but the KSC database update task, starts remain to 0% and ends with a timeout error. If i try to run the task manually on the client KES interface, KES crashes and i have ti reeboot the pc. If i before unistall KES 11.1.0.15919 and after i run the KES 11.1.0.15919 with patch pf7024 integrated all end fine and works fine. is there another pf around?
  8. I honestly don't know what happened! I have reinstalled the Windows update but I didn't have any issue anymore. boooooooo
  9. This morning i have installed the KB4493453 update for Server 2008 R2 SP1 but where the KSC is installed i have a very high cpu consumption (100% with the server blocked). I believe the problem is in KSC because it is the only server that is giving me problems with this update installed. I had to uninstall the KB. On this server i'm using KSC11.0.0.1131 with KS Server 10.1.1.746. This KB is not a security update but these changes will be included in future updates. I wanted to publish this post here on the community because someone might have the same problem. Next week i will open a ticket with technical support. Thanks.
  10. Hello, there is a way to alternate the activation of two KES 11.1 policy in the same group? I need to deactivate a policy for 5 minutes every hour during which time another policy in the same group should be activated automatically. After 5 minutes return to the first policy. I'm using KSC11. Thanks
