Also I forgot to mention that I keep getting referred to this webpage: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/buy/15346 I do not recognize any of the first 4 providers and they just link to a blank frequently asked questions page anyway.

In the licensing window it shows a renewal date, but I can't find where to stop that from happening automatically. I've followed the link to the My Kaspersky website, but there isn't any kind of setting there either. On one page it says that you need to contact the service you bought it from directly, but I'm pretty sure I bought a hard copy of kaspersky in like 2010 from staples and its just been auto renewing ever since. Help would be appreciated. Thank you. Edit: Cannot provide windows version because typing winver in the "run" box causes error: "Windows cannot find winvir".
