    Hello, After I reinstall my Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 SM-T 900 Android version 5.1.1 my Kasperski internet security was deleted. How can I again receive my Kasperski internet security 2023 and reinstall it again on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet? I have a subscription and licence of 10 devices and there are already 7downloads used.

    Hello,

    Bedankt voor het antwoord. De versie  van mijn Android is 5.1.1 

    De Kasperski internet security werkte al enkele jaren zonder problemen met deze Android versie 5.1.1.

    Maar omdat ik niet meer na een crash op het Internet kon, heb ik mijn Android terug naar de factory settings gebracht,waardoor de installatie van mijn Kasperski internet security werd verwijderd.

    Daarom wil ik Kasperski for android terug installeren op mijn Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 SM-900 

    U schrijft dat de Samsung Galaxy tablet vanaf 11.1 compatible is met deze kasperski for Android en daarna staat er geschreven dat het maar vanaf versie 6.0-14 mogelijk is om de kasperski internet security te installeren op mijn tablet. Dat is dus niet juist wat u schrijft.

    Kasperski internet security has worked for years without any problems with this version 5.1.1.

    But because i could no longer access the internet after a crash,i reset my Samsung Galaxy SM-T900 to factory settings.As a result,Kasperski internet security was completely removed.

    That is wy i want to reinstall Kasperski internet security for Android on my Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12,2 SM-T900 

    tablet. 

    You write that the Samsung Galaxy Tablet from 11.1 is compatible with this Kasperski for Android and than it is written that it is only possible to install Kasperski internet security on my tablet drom version 6.0-14 .

    So that is not correct.Please give your advice on this.

    I have already repeatedly refreshed my account and also the passwords.

    However, it is always reported that this account has already been occupied by another user.

    Why can't I make an account and log into the English language on the Kaspersky forum?

    What a rumbling with the Russian login data.

    When I create an account and add a new password, there is no problem.

    There's going to be a message that they're congratulating me and that my account has been created. But............

    If I want to log in with my email address and my password there will always be an explanation such as: your email address is already occupied by another user or the password is not correct. I'm sure I'll have the right email address and the correct password.

    And every time I request a new password and get it, sight repeats these same notifications.

    　

    What is also incomprehensible is that on kaspersky's English forum you have to enter your details where the login and password are indicated in the Russian language.

    Hello guys,
    I burned the     krd.iso file on a DVD RW disc with the anyburn tool.
    Then I entered the UEFI/UEFI with CSM/LEGACY
    chosen for LEGACY
    I set the CD/DVD startup option to be the first startup. The security control is not shown in the legacy mode and should therefore not be selected.
    Save & reset with F10 key and rebooted.
    The green screen of kaspersky rescue disk emerged and now it had succeeded in making a bootable Kaspersky rescue disk dvd+rw disk.

    Thank you kindly for your answers.
    I already have a bootable USB flash drive where the 11 files get up. You can see this on the screenshot I took. I made the thumb drive with Rufus.
    It should contain a EFIBOOTBOOTX64. EFI file (and others).
    Are the files on the screenshot the right files?
    On the printscreen you can see the file boot.efi
    I set the USB stick to be the first startup in the UEFI and I have MBR set up, also Fat 32 and the iso file kdr.iso (596 MB).
    What am I doing wrong? My laptop is MSI CR61 2M, processor intel core i3-4100 M, 8gb memory ,2.5gb clock speed.

    Is there one of you who has a laptop MSI CR61 2M with a processor intel core i3-4100 M and clock speed 2.5GHz and 8 gb memory.

    I use Kaspersky internet security and I have a usb stick with the iso files of the image kdr.iso. This is for creating a Kaspersky rescue disk.

    I want to boot up this usb stick but this is not working. I have selected the usb stick as the first boot option in the UEFI without csm, but it does not start up when I boot again. See also the attachments. Should the secure control be off or on?

    Please reply and thank you in advance.
